Willard Landscaping brings more than fifteen years experience landscaping, lawn mowing, patio, earth-moving and other yard projects. Josh Willard, the owner, is an OSHA certified engineer with experience in construction, lawncare, snowplowing and landscaping for residential homeowners and commercial operations.

Josh Willard
Chief Landscaper and Founder
Josh Willard is the owner of Willard Landscaping and Snow Removal. Josh is an avid outdoorsman who has worked in landscaping, construction, and snow removal since he was young. His passion for outdoor activities began with his early interest in fishing, snowboarding, and rock climbing. Between baseball, football, and lacrosse games he played as a young teen, he found the time to mow lawns and shovel driveways for neighbors. In high school and college, Josh worked for several developers and landscaping companies over the summers and after school. His interest grew into a deeper awareness of the great New England outdoors.
After Josh earned a bachelor of science degree in engineering and design, he worked in the corporate world as an engineer in the manufacturing and construction industries. Last year, he decided to leave corporate life to do what he enjoys most – landscaping and maintaining properties, gardens, lawns and outdoor spaces for residential and commercial property owners.
Josh lives with his wife and two children in Old Lyme, CT. He and his wife were drawn to the area because of its rocky shore, sandy beaches, reedy riverbanks and tidal estuaries, as well as the lichen-covered stone fences that border the fields. Josh still enjoys fishing, skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, hiking, and teaching his children to enjoy the outdoors as much as he does. He looks forward to serving the region of Old Lyme, East Lyme, Old Saybrook, and beyond with Willard Landscaping and Snow Removal.
